More than just a place to stay, Comuna Crew Stay & Learn is a unique guesthouse in Tokyo where guests can learn the language & culture, meet local people and really get involved in the community.

We offer Japanese (or English) lessons to all of our guests. We hope to show you that even a few words can make a huge difference and help you to get around the city, explore Japan, meet local people and maybe even spark an interest in studying Japanese long-term. 

After learning some basic phrases we help you to visit local spots that tourists don't usually know about, eat at VERY local restaurants and even volunteer in the community.

We donate 1% of all accommodation fees to charity! We have selected 3 organisations with missions we think are important and we ask our guests to choose one for their donation.

Right now, the three groups are: 5 gyres, JOICFP and our friends in Colombia; Primed Community.
